In 2003 “Rolling Stones” magazine ranked the album at number 95 on its list of the “500 Greatest Albums of All Time”.

In the “Q”  and  “Mojo” “Classic Special Edition Pink Floyd & The Story of Prog Rock”, “In Search of the Lost Chord” was ranked at number 37 in the list of “40 Cosmic Rock Albums”.

It was recorded June 1973, at “Criteria Studios” in Miami, Florida, and was produced by Todd Rundgren. “National Association of Recording Merchandisers” (NARM) ranked the album at number 200 on its list of the “Definitive 200 Albums of All Time”.

On July 15, 1966, “Columbia” label released “Roger the Engineer”, the fourth Yardbirds (The) album. It was recorded April – June 1966, at “Advision Studios” in London, and was produced by Paul Samwell-Smith and Simon Napier-Bell. “Roger the Engineer” was the only Yardbirds album with all original material. In 2012, “Rolling Stone” magazine ranked the album at number 349 on it s list of the “500 greatest Albums of All Time”.
