On September 1, 1982, “4AD” label released “Garlands”, the debut Cocteau Twins studio album. It was recorded 1981 – 1982, at “Blackwing Studios” in London, and was produced by Ivo Watts-Russell, Elizabeth Frazer, Robin Guthrie and Will Heggie.

On September 1, 1978, “Epic” label released the self-titled, debut Molly Hatchet  album. It was recorded in 1978, at “The Sound Pit” in Atlanta, Georgia, and was produced by Tom Werman and Pat Armstrong. The album cover is a painting by Frank Frazetta entitled “The Death Dealer”. In 1980, the album was certified Platinum in US by the “RIIA”.

It was recorded in 1987, at “Albert Studios” in Sydney, Australia, and was produced by Peter Garrett, Peter Gilford, Robert Hirst, Jim Moginie, Martin Rotsey and Wame Livesey. In 1989, “Rolling Stone” magazine ranked it No. 13 on its list of the “100 Best Albums of the 1980s”. In October 2010 it was listed at No. 1 in the book “100 Best Australian Albums”.
