It was recorded in 1988, at “Foel Studio” in Llanfair Caereinion, “Time Square Studios” and “Greenhouse Studio” in London, and was produced by Kevin Shields, Bilinda Butcher, Debbie Googe and Colm Ó Cíosóig. In 2013, NME magazine ranked the album at number 187 in its list of “The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time”.

It was recorded March 1995, May–June 1995, at “Rockfield Studios” in Monmouth, Wales, and was produced by Owen Morris and Noel Gallagher. At the 2010 “Brit Awards”, “(What’s the Story) Morning Glory?” was named the greatest British album since 1980. In 2012, “Rolling Stone” magazine ranked the album at number 378 on its list of the “The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time”. It was recorded December 1993– April 1994, at “Clear Studios” in Manchester and “The Pink Museum” in Liverpool, and was produced by Liam Gallagher, Noel Gallagher, Paul Arthurs, Paul McGuigan, Tony McCarroll, Mark Coyle, Owen Morris and David Batchelor . In June 2006, “NME” magazine conducted a readers’ poll in which “Definitely Maybe” was voted the greatest album of all time. The album was certified Platinum in Australia by “ARIA”; Platinum in Canada by “Music Canada”; Platinum in France by “SNEP”; Platinum in Sweden by “GLF”; 7 x Platinum in the UK by the “BPI, and Platinum in the US by the “RIIA”

On the first day of release, “Be Here Now” sold over 424,000 copies, becoming the fastest-selling album in British chart history.
