In February 1979, “Virgin” label released “Force Majeure”, the twelfth Tangerine Dream album. It was recorded August – September 1978, at “Hansa Studios” in Berlin, and was produced by Chris Franke and Edgar Froese.

Crass: The Feeding of the 5000

In February 1978, “Crass Records” label released “The Feeding of the 5000”, the debut Crass album. It was recorded on October 29, 1978, at “Southern Studios”, and was produced by Steve Ignorant, Joy De Vivre, Eve Libertine, Phil Free, Pete Wright,  N. A. Palmer and Penny Rimbaud. This album is considered to be one of the first punk albums to expound anarchist philosophies.

In January 1978, “Blue Sky” released “I’m Ready”, the thirteenth Muddy Waters studio album. It was recorded in October – November 1977, in Westport, Connecticut, and was produced by Johnny Winter. In 1978,the album earned Waters a “Grammy Award”.
