In June 1968, “Blue Horizon” label released “40 Blue Fingers, Freshly Packed and Ready to Serve”, the debut Chicken Shack studio album. It was recorded February 1968, at “CBS Studios” in London, and was produced by Mike Vernon.

On June 5, 2012, “Creative Media Investments” label released “Sand & Snow”, the debut A Silent Film album. It was recorded in 2012, and was produced by Robert Stevenson, Karl Bareham, Ali Hussain and Spencer Walker.

Fleet Foxes: Same

On June 3, 2008, “Bella Union” label released the debut, self-titled Fleet Foxes  album. It was recorded in 2007, and was produced by Phil Ek. The cover art is a detail of the 1559 painting “Netherlandish Proverbs” by Pieter Bruegel the Elder. “Times” ranked the album at number 1 on its list of the “100 Best Albums of the Year”; “Mojo” magazine ranked it and number 1 on its list of the “Top 50 Albums of 2008”. The album was certified Platinum in UK by the “BPI”.

On June 1, 1966, “Elektra” label released the self-titled, debut Incredible String Band (The) album. It was recorded in 1966, at “Sound Techniques” in London, and was produced by Joe Boyd. In the Melody Maker’s annual poll, “The Incredible String Band” won the title “Folk Album of the Year”.
