On February 12, 1974, “The Bottom Line” club opened in New York City. Owned by Allan Pepper and Stanley Snadowsky, during the 70’s and 80’s, the club was a major space for small-scale music performances. The club stoped working in 2004. On September 15, 1971, “Capitol” label released “Cahoots”, the fourth Band (The) studio album. It was recorded in 1971 at “Bearsville Sound Studio”, in Bearsville, New York, and was produced by Rick Danko, Levon Helm, Garth Hudson, Richard Manuel and Robbie Robertson.

Dick Rowe
On June 6, 1986, Richard Paul “Dick” Rowe, died aged 64. He was A&R man at “Decca Records” in the 50’s and the 60’s, became known to the wide audience “as the man who did not sign The Beatles”. Brian Epstein. The Beatles manager paid “Decca Records” one-hour audition. After the audition Rowe told Epstein “Guitar groups are on their way out, Mr. Epstein”. But Rowe was actually one of the most successful producers and record executives in the 50’s and in the 60’s and he signed to “Decca Records” many important artists including The Rolling Stones, Them (Van Morrison), The Moody Blues, The Tremeloes, The Zombies, John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers, The Brumbeats, The Tornados, Tom Jones and The Small Faces.
Mick Ronson
On April 29, 1983, Michael “Mick” Ronson died aged 47. He was musician (guitar, piano, violin, cello), songwriter, arranger and producer, best known for his work with David Bowie, as one of the Spiders from Mars. Ronson also have worked with Ian Hunter. Morrissey, Van Morrison, Slaughter & The Dogs, The Wildhearts, The Rich Kids, Elton John, Johnny Cougar and T-Bone Burnett. Ronson also co-produced Lou Reed’s album “Transformer” and released several solo albums, “Slaughter on 10th Avenue” is his best known and most successful solo project. In 2003 he was named the 64th greatest guitarist of all time by “Rolling Stone” and 41st in 2012 by the same magazine.
