It was recorded in April 1995, at “Van Gelder Studio” in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, and was produced by Michael Cuscuna. In 1996, “Infinity” won “Grammy Award” for “Best Jazz Instrumental Performance (Individual or Group)”, while Michael Brecker won the “Grammy Award” for “Best Jazz Instrumental Solo” for the track “Impressions”.
