In September 1969, “Immediate” label released the self-titled, third Nice album. It was recorded in 1969, at “Trident Studios” in London, and “Fillmore East” in New York City, and was produced by Keith Emerson, Lee Jackson and Brian Davison.

It was recorded in June 1967, at “Olympic Studios” in London, and was produced by Denny Cordell. “Classic Rock” magazine included it in its list of the “50 Albums That Built Prog Rock”. It 2007, “Rolling Stone” magazine included it in its list of the “The 40 Essential Albums of 1967”.
