The Beach Boys: Holland

On January 8, 1973, “Brother” label released “Holland”, the nineteenth Beach Boys (The) studio album. It was recorded June – October 1972, at “BBC 2 Studio” in  Baambrugge, Utrecht, Netherlands, and “Village Recorders” in California, and was produced by Brian Wilson, Carl Wilson, Dennis Wilson, Blondie Chapin, Ricky Fataar, Alan Jardine and Mike Love. In 2007, the Netherland magazine “OOR Magazine” ranked the album among “100 Best Albums of All Time”.

In December 1973, “PGP RTB” label released “Kiselina” (Acid), the debut Pop Mašina album. It was recorded in September 1973, at “Studio X PGP-RTB” in Belgrade, Serbia, and was produced by Robert Nemeček, Zoran Božinović and Mihajlo Popović.

In December 1973, “Vertigo” label released “Mekanïk Destruktïw Kommandöh”, the third Magma studio album. It was recorded in 1973, and was produced by Giorgio Gomelsky. The French edition of “Rolling Stone” magazine named the album the 33rd greatest French rock album.  In 2015, the same magazine ranked the album at number 24 on its list of the “50 Greatest Prog Rock Albums of All Time.
