On September 25, 1995, “Virgin”, “Arista”, “BMG” and “RCA” labels released “Outside”, the twentieth David Bowie album. It was recorded March – November 1994, January – February 1995, at “Mountain” in Montreux, “Westside” in London, “The Hit Factory” in New York City, and was produced by David Richards, Brian Eno and David Bowie.

In 2013, “New Musical Express” magazine ranked “H.M.S. Fable” at number 332 at its list of the “500 Greatest Albums of All Time”.
