Bauhaus: The Sky’s Gone Out

On October 19, 1982, “Beggars Banquet” label released “The Sky’s Gone Out”, the third Bauhaus studio album. It was recorded in 1982, at “Rockfield” in Monmouth Beck, Wellingborough, “BBC Maida Vale” in London, and was produced by Peter Murphy, Daniel Ash, David J, and Kevin Haskins.

Matthew Seligman

On April 17, 2020, Matthew Seligman died aged 64. He was musician (bass), member of The Soft Boys, Thompson Twins, Bruce Woolley & The Camera Club and The Dolphin Brothers, recorded and performed with Thomas Dolby, David Bowie, Robyn Hitchcock, Kimberley Rew, Alex Chilton, The Waterboys, Peter Murphy, Transvision Vamp, Morrissey, Stereo MC’s, Sam Brown, Tori Amos, Stereo MC’s and Sinéad O’Connor.

Bauhaus: Go Away White

On March 3, 2008, “Bauhaus Music” and “Cooking Vinyl” labels released “Go Away White”, the fifth and final Bauhaus studio album. It was recorded in 2006, at “Zircon Skye, Ojai, California, and was produced by Peter Murphy, Daniel Ash, David J and Kevin Haskins.

Bauhaus: In The Flat Field

On October 1, 1980, “4AD” label released “In the Flat Field” the debut Bauhaus studio album. It was recorded December 1979; June – July 1980, at “BBC Maida Vale Studios” and “Southern Studios” in London, and was produced by Petyer Murphy, Daniel Ash, David J and Kevin Haskins. “In the Flat Field” is considered one of the first gothic rock albums.
