Mogwai: Mr. Beast

On March 6, 2006, “Play it Again Sam”, label released “Mr Beast”, the fifth Mogwai studio album. It was recorded April – October 2005, at “Castle of Doom Studios” in Glasgow, Scotland, and was produced by Tony Doogan, Stuart Braithwaite, Dominic Aitchison, Martin Bulloch, John Cummings and Barry Burns.

On November 11, 2016, “Caroline International” label released “Acoustic”, the seventeenth Simple Minds studio album. It was recorded in 2016, at “Gorbals Studio” in Glasgow, Scotland, and was produced by Gavin Goldberg and Andy Wright. The album features  acoustic studio recordings of previously released songs.

Jack Bruce: Harmony Row

In July 1971, “Polydor” label released “Harmony Row”, the third Jack Bruce studio album. It was recorded October 1969 at “Morgan Studios” in London, January 1971 at “Command Studios” in London, and was produced by Jack Bruce. The album title is from a tenement street in Glasgow, near where Jack Bruce grew up.
