In June 1971, “Columbia” label released “Blood, Sweat & Tears 4”, the fourth Blood, Sweat & Tears album. It was recorded in 1971, and was produced by Don Heckman, Bobby Colomby and Roy Halee.

The album’s title is taken from William Shakespeare’s play, “The Life and Death of King John”.

It was recorded in 1968, at “RCA Victor’s Music Center of the World” in Hollywood, and was produced by Rick Jarrard.  Jose Feliciano won the “Best New Artist” award, and “Best Pop Male Song of the Year” award for the song “Light My Fire”.
