Finch: Say Hello To Sunshine

On June 5, 2007, “Drive-Thru” label released “Say Hello to Sunshine”, the second Finch studio album. It was recorded 2004-2005, at “Ocean Studios”, “Big Fish Studios” and “Avatar Studios”, and was produced by Finch, Jason Cupp, and Ben Moore.

Biffy Clyro: Puzzle

On June 4, 2007, “14th Floor” label released “Puzzle”, the fourth Biffy  Clyro studio album. It was recorded in 2007, at “The Warehouse Studio” in Vancouver, “The Farm Studios” in Gibsons, British Columbia, and was produced by Biffy Clyro and Garth “GGGarth” Richardson. The album was certified Platinum in UK by the “BPI”.

Fleet Foxes: Same

On June 3, 2008, “Bella Union” label released the debut, self-titled Fleet Foxes  album. It was recorded in 2007, and was produced by Phil Ek. The cover art is a detail of the 1559 painting “Netherlandish Proverbs” by Pieter Bruegel the Elder. “Times” ranked the album at number 1 on its list of the “100 Best Albums of the Year”; “Mojo” magazine ranked it and number 1 on its list of the “Top 50 Albums of 2008”. The album was certified Platinum in UK by the “BPI”.

Powdefinger: Dream Days At The Hotel Existence

On June 2, 2007, “Universal Music” label released “Dream Days at the Hotel Existence”, the sixth Powderfinger studio album. It was recorded January-April 2007, at “Sunset Sound” in Los Angeles, and was produced by Rob Schnapf. The album cover created by Aaron Hayward and David Homer (of Debaser, a New South Wales-based design agency) received the 2007 “ARIA Award” for “Best Cover Art”.
