St. Vincent: Masseduction

On October 13, 2017, “Loma Vista Records” label released “Masseduction”, the fifth St. Vincent studio album. It was in 2017 at “Electric Lady” in New York, “Rough Consumer” in Brooklyn, “Compound Fracture” in Los Angeles, and was produced by Jack Antonoff and St. Vincent. At the 61st “Annual Grammy Awards”, “Masseduction” won the award for “Best Recording Package” and “Best Rock Song” for its title track.

It was recorded in 1997, at “Room and Board Studio” in Nashville, Tennessee, “Rumbo Studio” in Canoga Park, California, and was produced by Roy Bittan, Steve Earle, Ray Kennedy and Lucinda Williams. “Car Wheels on a Gravel Road: won a “Grammy Award for Best Contemporary Folk Album”, and was voted “The Best album of 1998” in The Village Voice’s annual “Pazz & Jop” critics poll.
