On June 3, 2013, “Matador Records” label released “…Like Clockwork”, the sixth Queens of the Stone Age album. It was recorded August 2012-March 2013, at “Pink Duck Studios” in Burbank, California, and was produced by Josh Homme, James Lavelle, Troy Van Leeuwen, Dean Feritta and Michael Shuman. The album cover art was by British artist Boneface. “NME” magazine ranked it at number 335 in its list of “The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time”.

Trevor Bolder

On May 21, 2013, Trevor Bolder died aged 62. He was musician (bass, trumpet), singer, songwriter and producer, who has recorded and performed with Cybernauts, Dana Gillespie, Ken Hensley, Mick Ronson, Uriah Heep and Wishbone Ash, but he was best known for his work with David Bowie, especially as member of the legendary Spiders from Mars band.

Visage: Hearts and Knives

On May 20, 2013, “Blitz Club” label released “Hearts and Knives”, the fourth Visage studio album. It was recorded 2012-2013, and was produced by John Bryan and Sare Havlicek. “Hearts and Knives” was the band’s first album of new material in 29 years.
