On June 5, 2001, “DreamWorks” label released “Poses”, the second Rufus Wainwright studio album. It was recorded in 2000, and was produced by Pierre Marchand, Greg Wells, Alex Gifford, Ethan Johns and Damian LeGassick. In 2002, Wainwright won “Juno Award” for “Best Alternative Album”; at 2002 “GLAAD Media Awards” won “Outstanding Music Album” award. “Poses” was certified Gold in Canada by “CRIA”.
