In August 1977, “Albert” label released the self-titled, debut Angels (The) album. It was recorded 1976-1977, at “Albert Studios” in Sydney, and was produced by Harry Vanda and George Young.

The Midnight Oil: Diesel And Dust

In August 1987, “Spirit Music” label released “Diesel and Dust”, the sixth Midnight Oil (The) studio album. It was recorded in 1987, at “Albert Studios” in Sydney, Australia, and was produced by Peter Garrett, Peter Gilford, Robert Hirst, Jim Moginie, Martin Rotsey and Wame Livesey. In 1989, “Rolling Stone” magazine ranked it No. 13 on its list of the “100 Best Albums of the 1980s”. In October 2010 it was listed at No. 1 in the book “100 Best Australian Albums”.

On September 20, 1976, “Albert” label released “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt  Cheap”, the third AC/DC album. It was recorded December 1975–March 1976, at “Albert Studios” in Sydney, and was produced by Harry Vanda and George Young. The album was certified 6 x Platinum in Australia by “ARIA”; Platinum in Germany by “BVMI”, and 6 x Platinum in the US by the “RIIA”.

On July 27, 1979, “Albert” label released “Highway to Hell”, the sixth Australian and the fifth international AC/DC album. It was recorded December 1978, at “Albert Studios” in Sydney; January – February 1979, at “Criteria Studios” in Miami, Florida; March – April 1979, at “Roundhouse Studios” in London, and was produced by Robert John “Mutt” Lange. In 2003, “Rolling Stone” magazine ranked “Highway to Hell” at number 200 on its list of the “500 Greatest Albums of All Time”.
