On December 1, 1975, “Albert” label released “T.N.T.”, the second AC/DC studio album. It was recorded March – July 1975, at “Albert” in Sydney, and was produced by Harry Vanda and George Young.

On November 13, 2020, “Columbia” label released “Power Up”, the seventeenth AC/DC studio album. It was recorded 2018 – 2019, at “The Warehouse” in Vancouver, and was produced by Brendan O’Brien.

It was recorded May – July 2014, at “Warehouse Studio” in Vancouver, British Columbia, and was produced by Brendan O’Brien. The album was certified Platinum in Australia by “ARIA”, 2 x Platinum in Austria by “IFPI”, 3 x Platinum in France by “SNEP”, Diamond in Germany by “BVMI”, Platinum in Hungary by “MAHASZ”, Platinum in Italy by “FIMI”, Platinum in Poland by “ZPAV”, Platinum in Spain by “PROMUSICAE”, and 4 x Platinum in Switzerland by “IFPI”.

Ed Albert

On November 11, 1990, Edward Frank Albert died aged 53. He was record producer and founder of “Albert productions”,  company that helped launch the careers of many Australian artists including The Easybeats, John Paul Young, The Angels, Rose Tattoo and AC/DC. In recognition of his contribution to the music industry, the Australasian Performing Right Association established the annual “Ted Albert Award for Outstanding Services to Australian Music”

AC/DC: For Those About to Rock

On November 23, 1981, “Albert” label released “For Those About to Rock” (We Salute You), the eight Australian and the seventh international AC/DC album. It was recorded in 1981, at “Mobile One Studios” in Paris, “HIS Studios”, and was produced by Robert John “Mutt” Lange. The album was certified 5 x Platinum in Australia by “ARIA”, Platinum in France by “SNEP”, Platinum in Switzerland by “IFPI” and 4 Platinum in US by “RIAA”.

On June 28, 1985, “Albert Production” label released “Fly on the Wall”, the tenth AC/DC studio album. It was recorded October 1984–February 1985, at “Mountain Studios” in Montreux, Switzerland, and was produced by Angus Young and Malcolm Young. The album was certified Platinum in US by “RIAA”.

George Young

On October 22, 2017, George Redburn Young died aged 70. He was musician (guitar, bass, piano, drums), songwriter and music producer, member of the Australian band the Easybeats. With his bandmate Harry Vanda he wrote the hits “Friday on My Mind” and “Love Is in the Air”. In 1973, with Harry Vanda and Ted Albert, he formed “Albert Productions” in Sydney. George Young and Harry Vanda were also producers for AC/DC, (formed by his younger brothers Malcolm and Angus Young). In 1988, George Young and Harry Vanda were inducted into the “ARIA Hall of Fame”.

On September 26, 1995, “EastWest” label released “Ballbreaker”, the thirteenth AC/DC album. It was recorded 1994 – 1995, and was produced by Rick Rubin and Mike Fraser. The album was certified 2 x Platinum in the US by “RIIA”, and Platinum in Latvia by “LaMPA”.

The album was certified 3 x Platinum in Australia by the “ARIIA” and Platinum in the US by the “RIIA”.
