On March 13, 2006, “Virgin” label released “Meds”, the fifth Placebo studio album. It was recorded in December 2005 and January 2006, at “RAK Studios”, “Livingston Studios” and “Sarm West Studios” in London, and was produced by Dimitri Tikovoï.

On February 27, 1989, “Virgin” label released “Oranges & Lemons”, the eleventh XTC studio album. It was recorded in 1988, at “Ocean Way Recording” in Los Angeles, and was produced by Paul Fox. The album cover, designed by  Heinz Edelmann (Yellow Submarine artist), is inspired by a 1965 “WOR-FM 98.7” radio advert poster by Milton Glaser.

On January 31, 1989, “Virgin” label released posthumously “Mystery Girl”, the twenty – second Roy Orbison album. It was recorded July 1987 – November 1988, and was produced by Roy Orbison, Mike Campbell, Jeff Lynne, T Bone Burnett, Barbara Orbison and  Bono. On December 6, 1988, Orbison died from a heart attack aged 52.
