Ron Carter: It’s The Time

On December 15, 2007, “Somethin’ Else” label released “It’s the Time”, the 52nd Ron Carter album. It was recorded April – June 2007, at “EMI Music Japan Inc. Studios” in Tokyo, and was produced by Retrac Productions and Ron Carter.

In September 1969, “Epic” label released “Supersnazz”, the first Flamin’ Groovies studio album. It was recorded in 1968, at “CBS Studio A” in Los Angeles, and was produced by Steve R. Goldman.

Eddie Cochran

On April 17, 1960, Edward Raymond ‘Eddie’ Cochran died aged 22. He was musician (guitar) singer and songwriter, one of the first musicians who started experiments with multitrack recording and overdubbing. His songs “C’mon Everybody”, “Somethin’ Else” and “Summertime Blues”, were big rockabilly hits in the late 50’ and early 60’.
