On April 18, 2012.

On April 18, 2012, “Universal Music” label released the self-titled, eight Rasmus studio album. It was recorded in 2011, and was produced by Martin Hansen. The album received two  “EMMA”  awards (Finnish Grammy) for “Best Album Cover” and “Best Music Video” for the song I’m a Mess.

In April 1980.

In April 1980, “Arista” label released “Sky 2”, the second Sky album. It was recorded in 1980, at “Studio 3” and “Abbey Road Studios”, and was produced by Haydn Bendall, Tony Clark, John Williams, Francis Monkman, Herbie Flowers, Tristan Fry and Kevin Peek.

Chris Woods

On July 12, 1983, Christopher Gordon Blandford ‘Chris’ Wood died aged 39. Being saxophone, flute and keyboards player, he was best known as one of the founding members of the band “Traffic”. In his career he has worked and recorded with Ginger Baker’s Air Force, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Electric Ladyland, Free, Fat Mattress, Martha Velez,  Chicken Shack, Gordon Jackson, Locomotive, Shawn Phillips, Sky, Jim Capaldi,  Reebop Kwaku Baah, John Martyn,  Hanson, Free Creek,  Crawler, Third World and  Spencer Davis Group.
