On August 10, 2007, Anthony Howard Wilson died aged 57. He was radio and television presenter, a journalist for Granada Television and the BBC, nightclub manager (Haçienda), manager of bands A Certain Radio and Durutti Column, best known as one of the co-founders of “Factory Records” (Happy Mondays, Joy Division and New Order). Wilson was known as “Mr. Manchester”, for his work in the promotion of the culture of Manchester.

New Order: Lost Sirens
On January 11, 2013, “Rhino Entertainment” label released “Lost Sirens”, the ninth New Order album. It is compilation of tracks recorded during the production of 2005’s album “Waiting for the Sirens’ Call”, but did not ended on the album final release. It was recorded 2003 – 2004, at “Real World” in Box, England, and was produced by Tore Johansson, Stuart Price, Mac Quayle, Jim Spencer, Stephen Street, Bernard Sumner, Peter Hook, Stephen Morris and Phil Cunningham.

On August 27, 2001, “London” label released “Get Ready”, the seventh New Order studio album. On January 30, 1989, “Factory” label released “Technique”, the fifth New Order studio album. It was recorded in 1988, at “Mediterranean Studios” in Ibiza and “Real World Studios”, and was produced by Bernard Sumner, Peter Hook, Stephen Morris and Gillian Gilbert. In 2013 “NME” ranked “Technique” at number 122 on its list of “The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time”. In 2006 “Q” magazine ranked the album at No. 21 on its list of the “40 Best Albums of the ’80s”.
