The Police: Synchronicity

On June 17, 1983, “A&M” label released “Synchronicity”, the fifth and final Police (The) studio album. It was recorded December 1982 – February 1983, at “Air” in Montserrat, “Le Studio” in Quebec, and was produced by Hugh Padgham, Sting, Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland.

In February 1983, “Columbia” label released “Procession”, the eleventh Weather Report album. It was recorded in 1982, and was produced by Josef Zawinul and Wayne Shorter.

In February 1983, “Arista” label released “Quick Step & Side Kick”, the third Thompson Twins studio album. It was recorded 1982 – 1983, and was produced by Alex Sadkin. The album was certified Platinum in UK by “BPI”.
