In June 1981, “T Records” label released “A Product of…”, the debut Thompson Twins studio album. It was recorded in April 1981 and was produced by Dennis Bovell, Tom Bailey, Joe Leeway, Chris Bell, Jane Shorter, Peter Dodd, John Roog, and Mike Howlett.

On September 20, 1985, “Arista” label released “Here’s to Future Days”, the fifth Thompson Twins studio album. It was recorded 1984 – 1985, and was produced by Nile Rodgers and Tom Bailey.

It was recorded 1983 -1984, at the “Compass Point Studios” in Nassau, and was produced by Alex Sadkin and Tom Balley.  The album was certified Platinum in US by “RIAA”, and 2 x Platinum in UK by “BPI”.
