On September 28, 1978, “Vertigo” label released “Never Say Die!” the eighth Black Sabbath studio album. It was recorded January–May 1978, at “Sound Interchange” in Toronto, Ontario, and was produced by Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward. It was the final Black Sabbath studio album until 2013, to feature Ozzy Osbourne prior to his departure from the band in 1979, and the last full studio album to feature the band’s original lineup.
