On September 2, 2018, Conway Victor Savage died aged 58. He was musician (piano, organ) and singer, member of the bands Happy Orphans, The Feral Dinosaurs, and Dave Last and The Legendary Boy Kings, but was best known as piano and organ player in Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds (1990 – 1993). As leader he released three albums.
On October 4, 2019, “Ghosteen Ltd” label released “Ghosteen”, the seventeenth Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds studio album. It was recorded 2018 – 2019, at “Woodshed” in Malibu, “NightBird” in West Hollywood, “Retreat” in Brighton, “Candy Bomber” in Berlin, “Air” in London, and was produced by Nick Cave and Warren Ellis.

On September 19, 1988, “Mute” label released “Tender Prey”, the fifth Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds studio album. It was recorded August–November 1987, at “Vielklang Studios” and “Hansa Tonstudio” in Berlin, “Trident Studios” and “Strongroom Studios” in London, and was produced by Flood, Nick Cave, Mick Harvey, Blixa Bargeld, Roland Wolf and Thomas Wydler.
