On October 15, 1973, “Capitol” label released “Moondog Matinee” the fifth Band (The) studio album. It was recorded March–June 1973, at “Bearsville Sound Studios” in Bearsville, New York; “Capitol Studios” in Hollywood, and was produced by Rick Danko, Levon Helm, Garth Hudson, Robbie Robertson, Richard Manuel and  Billy Mundi. The album consists entirely of cover songs.

It was recorded in 1998, at “Tarbox Road Studios”; “NRS Studios”’ “Six Hours Studios”, and was produced by Dave Fridmann and Jonathan Donahue. In 1998, “NME” magazine named “Deserter’s Songs” album of the year.

It was recorded in 2003, at “The Maid’s Room”; “Bearsville Studio A”; “Loho Studios”; “Looking Glass Studios” in New York City, and “The Strongroom” in London, and was produced by Marius de Vries.  The album won Wainwright “Outstanding Music Artist” award at the 15th “GLAAD Media Awards”; “Best New Recording”.

It was recorded February – April 1974, at “Arrow Ranch” in Woodside, California, and “Sunset Sound Recorders” in Hollywood, and was produced by Neil Young, David Briggs, Mark Harman and Al Schmitt. “On the Beach” was ranked at number 40 in Bob Mersereau’s book “The Top 100 Canadian Albums”.
