On December 4, 1978, “Industrial” label released “D.o.A: The Third and Final Report”, the second Throbbing Gristle studio album. It was recorded September 1977 – May 1978, and was produced by Genesis P-Orridge, Cosey Fanni Tutti, Chris Carter and Peter Christopherson.

It was recorded April 1968, at “Record Plant Studios” in New York City, and was produced by Chas Chandler and Tom Wilson. It was the first album ever recorded in “Record Plant Studios” and was engineered by the studio co-founder Gary Kellgren.

It was recorded in 1973, at “Morgan Studios” in London, and was produced by Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward. In 1986, the album was certified Platinum in the US by “RIIA”.
