On February 7, 1995, “Virgin” label released “Good News from the Next World” the tenth Simple Minds studio album. It was recorded in 1994, at “Bonnie Wee Studios” in Scotland. “Windmill Lane” in Dublin,  “Westlake & Track Records” in Los Angeles and was produced by Jim Kerr, Charlie Burchill and Keith Forsey.

It was recorded September – October 1983, at “Monnow Valley Studio” in Rockfield, and “The Town House” in London, and was produced by Steve Lillywhite. The album was certified 2 x Platinum in the UK by the “BPI”.
