On May 14, 1982, “Active Records” label released “Church of Hawkwind”, the twelfth Hawkwind studio album. It was recorded 1981 – 1982, at “Rockfield Studios” and was produced by Dr Technical.

It was recorded March 1975, at “Rockfield Studios”, mixed at “Olympic Studios”, and was produced by Michael Moorcock, Dave Brock,  Nik Turner, Simon House, Ian Kilmister, Simon King and Alan Powell.

It was recorded February and March 1988, at “Loco Studios” in Caerleon, and “Rockfield Studios” in Monmouth, and was produced by Dave Brock, Harvey Bainbridge, Huw lloyd Langton, Alan Davey, Danny Thompson Jr. and Guy Bidmead.

Van Der Graaf Generator: Still Life

Still_Life

On April 15, 1976, “Charisma” label released “Still Life”, album by Van der Graaf Generator. It was recorded 12-25 January 1976, at “Rockfield Studios”, except tracks “Pilgrims” and “La Rossa”, recorded in June 1975, and was produced by Van der Graaf Generator. The album cover features a Lichtenberg figure, a frozen-in-action shot of an electrical discharge from a real Van de Graaff generator machine, set in acrylic.
