On October 28, 1997, “Warner Bros” label released “Zaireeka”, the eighth Flaming Lips (The) studio album. It was recorded 1996 – 1997, and was produced by The Flaming Lips, Dave Fridmann and Scott Booker. “Zaireeka” was released on four compact discs including eight songs in total. Each song consists of four stereo tracks, one from each CD. When played simultaneously on four separate audio systems, the four CDs would produce a harmonic or juxtaposed sound. The four compact discs can also be played in different combinations, omitting one, two or three discs.

It was recorded July – September 1977, at “Sarm West” and “Wessex Studios” in London, and was produced by Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor, John Deacon, and co-produced by Mike Stone. The album’s cover was a painting by American sci-fi artist Frank Kelly Freas.

On October 28, 1972, “Tamla” label released “Talking Book”, the fifteenth Stevie Wonder album. It was recorded in 1972 and was produced by Stevie Wonder, Robert Margouleff and Malcolm Cecil. The album featured “You Are the Sunshine of My Life”, song that earned Wonder his first “Grammy Award”, for “Best Male Pop Vocal Performance”.
