On July 14, 2009, “Third Man” and “Warner Bros” labels released “Horehound’, the debut Dead Weather (The) album. It was recorded in  January 2009, at “Third Man Studio”, and was produced by Jack White.

The White Stripes: De Stijl

On June 20, 2000, “Sympathy for the Record Industry” label released “De Stijl”, the second White Stripes (The) studio album. It was recorded 1999–2000, at “Third Man Studio” in Detroit, Michigan, and was produced by Jack White. The album name comes from De Stijl (“the style” in English), a Dutch art movement.

White Stripes: Icky Thump

On June 15, 2007, “Third Man” label released “Icky Thump”, the sixth and  final  White Stripes album. It was recorded in February 2007, at “Blackbird Studio” in Nashville, and was produced by Jack White. In February 2008, “Icky Thump” won “Grammy Awards” for “Best Alternative Music Album”, and “Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group With Vocal”.

It was recorded in February 2001, at “Easley-McCain Recording” in Memphis, Tennessee, and was produced by Jack White. “Spin” magazine named “White Blood cells” the “Best Album of 2001”; in 2003, “NME” magazine ranked it at number 20 on its list of  the “Top 100 Albums of All Time”; in 2012, “Rolling Stone” ranked the album at number 497 on its list of “The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time”.
