On March 12, 2013, Clive Burr died aged 56. He was musician (drums), member of the bands Praying Mantis, Stratus, Alcatrazz, Gogmagog, Trust, Elixir, Desperado, and Samson, but was best known as drummer of Iron Maiden (1979 – 1982).
