Charlie Daniels Band: Fire on the Mountain

On November 29, 1974, “Kama Sutra” label released “Fire on the Mountain”, the second Charlie Daniels Band album, and the fifth Charlie Daniels studio album overall. Seven studio tracks were recorded in 1974, at “Capricorn Studios” in Macon, Georgia, and two live tracks were recorded at “The War Memorial Auditorium” in Nashville, Tennessee. The album was produced by Paul Hornsby. In 1992, it was certified Platinum in the US by the “RIIA”.

On November 26, 1985 “CBS” label released “Species Deceases”, the second Midnight Oil EP. It was recorded in September 1985, at “Paradise Studios” in Darlinghurst, Australia, and was produced by Francois Kevorkian, Peter Garrett, Peter Gifford, Rob Hirst, Jim Mogine and Martin Rotsey. “Species Deceases” was certified 2 x Platinum in Australia by “ARIA”, first time on December 14, 1985, only two weeks after its release.
