Toto: Kingdom of Desire

On May 11, 1993, “Relativity” label released “Kingdom of Desire”, the eighth Toto studio album. It was recorded in 1992 at “A&M Studios”, “Skywalker Studios”, Schnee Studios”, “Devonshire Sound Studios”, “Record One”, “Rumbo Recorders”, “Castle Oak Studios”, “Track Record”, “Mad Hatter Studios”, “Pacifique Recording Studios”, “Enterprise Studios” and “Record Plant” in Los Angeles, and was produced by Danny Kortchmar, Steve Lukather, David Paich, Mike Porcaro and Jeff Porcaro.

On August 21, 1990, “Warner Bros” label released “Ritual de lo habitual”, the second Jane’s Addiction studio album. It was recorded 1989–1990 at “Track Record” in Hollywood, and   was produced by Dave Jerden and Perry Farrell. It was the band’s final studio album before their initial break-up in 1991. “Ritual de lo habitual” was certified 2 x Platinum in the U.S by the “RIIA”.

It was recorded October – December 1993, at “Track Record” in Hollywood, and was produced by Thom Wilson. “Smash” has sold in fifteen million copies worldwide, becoming the best-selling independent label album of all time. The album has been certified 6x Platinum by the “Recording Industry Association of America” (RIAA).
