On September 18, 2020, “International Anthem Recording Company” label released “Universal Beings”, the eight Mackay McCraven album. It was recorded in August 2017 at “H010” in Ridgewood, New York, in September 2017 at “Co-Prosperity Sphere” in Bridgeport, Chicago, Illinois, in October 2017 at “Total Refreshment Centre” in Stoke Newington, London, in January 2018 at Jeff Parker’s House in Altadena, California, and was produced by Mackay McCraven.

Nick Gravenites

On September 18, 2024, Nick Gravenites died aged 85. He was musician (guitar), singer and songwriter, performed and recorded with Mike Bloomfield, Charlie Musselwhite, John Cipollina and Quicksilver Messenger Service, but was best known as lead singer of Electric Flag. With John Cipollina he formed the Nick Gravenites–John Cipollina Band.
