Shack: H.M.S. Fable

On June 21, 1999, “London” label released “H.M.S Fable”, the third Shack album. It was recorded 1998 – 1999, at “Townhouse” in London, “Rockfield” in Monmouthshire, Southeast Wales, “Ridge Farm” in Capel, Surrey, “Westside” in London, “Britannia Row” in London, “The Chapel” in South Thoresby, Alford, “Lansdowne” in London, and was produced by Hugh Jones and Youth (Martin Glover). In 2013, “New Musical Express” magazine ranked “H.M.S. Fable” at number 332 at its list of the “500 Greatest Albums of All Time”.

The Pale Fountains: Pacific Street

On February 27, 1984, “Virgin” label released “Pacific Street”, the debut Pale Fountains (The) studio album. It was recorded in 1983, at “Village Way Studios”, “The Manor” in Shipton-on-Cherwell, “Ridge Farm Studios” in Capel, Dorking, “Nova Sound Studios” in London, and was produced by Howard Gray, Mick Head, John Head, Chris McCaffrey, Thomas Whelan and Andy Diagram.

Mew: Frangers

On April 7, 2003, “Sony” label released “Frengers” the third Mew album. It was recorded 2002 – 2003, at “Sweet Silence Studios”, “Sun Studio” in Copenhagen, Denmark, “Ridge Farm Studios” in Capel, Surrey, UK, “Third Stone Recording” and “Cello Studios” in Hollywood, and was produced by Rich Costey.
