Burt Bacharach

On February 8, 2023, Burt Freeman Bacharach died aged 94. He was musician (piano), singer, record producer, songwriter, best known as composer of hundreds pop songs in the period from the late 1950s through the 1980s. His songs were recorded and performed by more than 1000 different artists, and he had written 73 US and 52 UK Top 40 hits. Bacharach was three-time “Academy Award” and six-time “Grammy Award” winner. His music was released on 39 albums.
