On April 28, 1980, “Arista” label released “Go to Heaven”, the eleventh Grateful Dead studio album. It was recorded July 1979-January 1980, at “Club Front” in San Rafael, CA, and was produced by Gary Lyons.

It was recorded August – September 1970, at the “Wally Heider Studios” in San Francisco, and was produced by Jerry Garcia, Phil Lesh, Bob Weir, Pigpen, Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann,  and Steve Barncard. In 2003, “American Beauty” was ranked number 258 on “Rolling Stone” magazine’s list of the “500 Greatest Albums of all Time”.
