On November 18, 1996, “Jeepster Records” label released “If You’re Feeling Sinister”, the second Belle and Sebastian studio album. It was recorded in 1996, at “CaVa Studios” in Glasgow, and was produced by Tony Doogan. ”Rolling Stone” magazine featured the album at number 75 on its list of “100 Best Albums of the Nineties”.

Part of the album was recorded live in October and November 1973, at “Apollo Theatre” in Glasgow, “Volkshaus” in Zürich, and “Concertgebouw” in Amsterdam, and in January 1974, at “Air Studios” in London, and was produced by Robert Fripp, John Wetton, Bill Bruford and David Cross.
