On September 21, 1999, the twenty-second David Bowie studio album “Hours” was released on Internet. It was recorded April – June 1999, at “Seaview” in Bermuda, ”Looking Glass” and “Chung King” in New York City, and was produced by David Bowie and Reeves Gabrels.
