The Michael Schenker Group: Built To Destroy

On September 2, 1983, “Chrysalis” label released “Built to Destroy”, the fourth Michael Schenker Group (The) studio album. It was recorded in 1983, at “Ridge Farm Studios Dorking” in Rusper, England, “Townhouse Studios” in London, and was produced by Louis Austin and MSG.

In September 1981, “Chrysalis” label released “MSG”, the second Michael Schenker Group album. It was recorded March – May 1981, at “AIR Studios” in London, and in Montserrat, and was produced by Ron Nevison.

Cozy Powell

On April 5, 1998, Colin Flooks aka Cozy Powell died aged 51. He was  musician (drums, percussion), composer and producer, member of Bedlam, Cozy Powell’s Hammer, The Jeff Beck Group, Rainbow, MSG, Whitesnake,  Emerson, Lake & Powell, Gary Moore, Black Sabbath, The Brian May Band, Suzi Quatro, Peter Green Splinter Group and Thin Lizzy.
