Anthony Jackson

On October 19, 2025, Anthony Claiborne Jackson died aged 73. He was musician (electric bass, contrabass, guitar), bassist, regarded as “one of the masters of the instrument”. Blondie: Pollinator

On May 5, 2017, “BMG Rights Management” label released “Pollinator”, the eleventh Blondie studio album. It was recorded 2015 – 2017, at “The magic Shop” in New York City, and was produced by John Congleton.

The Albion Band: Rise Up Like the Sun

In March 1978, “Harvest” label released “Rise Up Like the Sun”, the debut Albion Band (The). It was recorded in 1977, at “Olympic Studios” and “Sound Techniques Studios” in London, and was produced by Joe Boyd and John Tams.

Albion Dance Band: The Prospect Before Us

In February 1977, “Harvest” label released “The Prospect Before Us”, the debut Albion Dance Band (as The Albion Dance Band) album. It was recorded in 1976, at “Sound Techniques” and “Olympic Studios” in London, and was produced by Ashley Hutchings and Simon Nicol.
