On October 8, 2002, “Warner Bros” label released “The Last DJ” the eleventh Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers album. It was recorded 2001 – 2002, at “Cello Studios” in Hollywood, and was produced by Tom Petty, Mike Campbell and George Drakoulias.

On May 19, 1988, “DreamWorks” label released the self-titled, debut Rufus Wainwright album. It was recorded 1986 – 1987, and was produced by Jon Brion and Pierre Marchand. “Rolling Stone” magazine named Wainwright the “Best New Artist of 1998”.

This is the final album Smith completed before his death.
