On June 26, 2000, “XL” label released “The Hour of Bewilderbeast”, the debut Badly Drawn Boy studio album. It was recorded in 2000, and was produced by Badly Drawn Boy, Gary Wilkinson, Joe Robinson and Ken Nelson. “The Hour of Bewilderbeast” won the 2000 “Mercury Prize”.
