In February 1980, “A&M” label released “Argybargy”, the third Squeeze album. It was recorded in 1979, at “Chelsea Olympic Studios” in London and was produced by John Wood and Chris Difford , Glenn Tilbrook, Jools Holland, John Bentley and Gilson Lavis.

On May 15, 1981, “A&M” label released “East Side Story”, the fourth Squeeze studio album. It was recorded 1980-1981, at “Eden Studios” in Chiswick, London, and was produced by Roger Bechirian, Elvis Costello and Dave Edmunds.
