On March 6, 1968, “Columbia” label released the self-titled, debut United States of America (The) album. It was recorded in December 1967, and was produced by David Rubinson.

Thompson Twins: Into The Gap

On February 17, 1984, “Arista” label released “Into the Gap”, the fourth Thompson Twins studio album. It was recorded 1983 -1984, at the “Compass Point Studios” in Nassau, and was produced by Alex Sadkin and Tom Balley.  The album was certified Platinum in US by “RIAA”, and 2 x Platinum in UK by “BPI”.

The band’s first album released in US was recorded in March and April 1978, at the “Basing Street Studios” in London, and in August and September 1978, at “The Automatt” in San Francisco, and was produced by Sandy Pearlman.
