He was musician (drums, percussion), performed and recorded with John Lennon, George Harrison, Terry Reid, Donovan, The Ventures, Joe Cocker, Ginger Baker’s Air Force, Gary Wright, Jesse Davis, Paul Kossoff, Rick Wakeman, Steve Howe, Eddie Harris, Gary Wright, Chris Squire, Johnny Harris and Alan Price, but was best known as drummer of Yes. As leader, he released one album. In 2017, White was inducted into the “Rock and Roll Hall of Fame”, as a member of Yes.

Andy Fletcher
On May 26, 2022, Andrew John Leonard Fletcher died aged 60. He was musician (keyboards, synthesizers, bass, samplers), DJ and manager, member of the band No Romance, but was best known as founding member of Depeche Mode. In 2020, Fletcher was inducted into the “Rock and Roll Hall of Fame” as a member of Depeche Mode.
Vangelis
On May 17, 2021, Evángelos Odysséas Papathanassíou aka Vangelis died aged 79. He was musician (piano, keyboards, drums, percussion), composer and producer, member of the bands The Forminx and Aphrodite’s Child, but was best known for his work as solo artist. In 1981, Vangelis won the “Academy Award” for the soundtrack to “Chariots of Fire”, and composed music for the movies “Blade Runner (1982), Missing (1982), Antarctica (1983), The Bounty (1984), 1492: Conquest of Paradise (1992), and Alexander (2004). As solo artist he released 23 albums.
Donald Barber
On March 2, 2021, Donald Christopher Barber died aged 90. He was musician (trombone) and bandleader, known for his support in development of the careers of many musicians, including Ottilie Patterson, Lonnie Donegan and Alexis Korner. Barber sponsored African-American blues musicians to visit Britain, making him a significant figure in promotion and development of the British rhythm and blues and “beat boom” in the 60s.
Mark Lanegan
On February 22, 2022, Mark William Lanegan died aged 57. He was musician (guitar, keyboards), singer and songwriter, member of the bands Queens of the Stone Age and The Gutter Twins, but was best known as member and lead singer of Screaming Trees. As leader he released eleven albums, and three collaboration albums with Isobel Campbell, and two with Duke Garwood.
Peter Tork
On February 21, 2019, Peter Halsten Thorkelson aka Peter Tork, died aged 77. He was musician (keyboards, piano, bass guitar, banjo, guitar), songwriter and actor, performed with James Lee Stanley and his band Shoe Suede Blues, recorded wit George Harrison, formed the band Peter Tork Release, but was best known as keyboards and bass player of The Monkees. As leader Tork released one album.
Louis Clark
On February 13, 2021, Louis Clark died aged 73. He was musician (keyboards) and arranger, member of the band The Buccaneers (later Monopoly), worked with The Raymond Froggatt Band, Renaissance, Annie Haslam and Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, but was best known for his work Electric Light Orchestra and Hooked on Classics.

On February 4, 2022, Marko Brecelj died aged 70. He was musician (guitar), singer and song writer, member of Trije črnci, Duo Zlatni zubi, Marjanov čudni zajec, Javna Dvaja, worked with SRP, Strelnikoff, but was best known as founding member, singer and main lyricist of the band Buldožer. As leader Brecelj released four albums.
