In March 1977, “Mercury” label released “Angel”, the ninth Ohio Players studio album. It was recorded in 1976, at “Paragon” and “CRC” in Chicago, and was produced by Billy Beck, James “Diamond” Williams, Marshall Jones, Marvin “Merv” Pierce, Ralph “Pee Wee” Middlebrooks, Clarence Satchell, and Leroy “Sugarfoot” Bonner.
